Prior to establishing Noonan Property, Tim managed the Sales & Investment Department at Cushman & Wakefield Sydney (formerly known as Laing & Simmons Commercial), focusing on commercial sales within the Sydney CBD.
Tim’s skill in devising marketing strategies for sales and leasing campaigns has earned him the reputation of being one of Sydney’s leading agents with an excellent success record. Tim thrives on the competitive nature of real estate and he has an innate ability to maximise the value of a client’s property with perfectly planned and executed strategies.

After running a business as a real estate agent, he turned his talents to property auctions and hasn’t looked back since.
David is now the chief auctioneer and proprietor of AUCTIONWORKS, the most progressive of Real Estate auction companies active in NSW and Victoria today, and is prominent in the training of Real Estate auctioneers in NSW. His colourful career has seen him receive the Auctioneer of the Year Award from the Real Estate Institute of NSW and he is regularly involved in various charity auctions, helping to raise substantial funds for worthy causes.
